2026 Spring AMC10 Intro Camp Curriculum

In the spring semester, the focus will be on the algebra module — one of the four major AMC 10 preparation areas.

Students will strengthen foundational knowledge while continuously expanding their conceptual boundaries and tackling problems that approach the difficulty of the first 10 questions on the AMC 10.

At the same time, the course will introduce fundamental concepts in Number Theory and Combinatorics, helping students build a competition-specific knowledge framework, develop mathematical thinking for contests, and sharpen problem-solving techniques essential for success in AMC competitions.

Who Should Enroll

• Students in advanced or accelerated school math tracks who have already completed Math 8;
• Students with some elementary or middle school competition experience who wish to systematically learn AMC 10 topics.

Learning Goals:

• Master Algebra 1 and Geometry to ensure smooth progress in both school acceleration and competition preparation;
• Achieve a score of 70–90 on the first AMC 10 attempt, laying a solid foundation for earning an AIME qualification the following year.
